ANEGI places here on the combined flow memory procedure in mesophilic WET FERMENTATION. An efficient, experienced and developed procedure of the present biogas technology. This technology belongs to the systems of biogas plants most often used in Germany .

ANEGI biogas plants are composed of slurry store, solid entry, fermenter, re-fermenter, fermenting rest storage unit, pump station, desulphurization plant, biomass heating power unit, transformer, control station. Already existing plant components are integrated sensibly into the biogas plant concept. The liquid manure (and, or firm dung) intended for the process is collected in a slurry store and is supplied regularly in the necessary amount dependent on process by pumping technology to the fermenter.
The micro-organisms located in the liquid manure are stabilising the fermentation in the fermenter. Rests of organic dry substances in the liquid manure contribute to the fermentation gas yield.

The regenerative energy sources are grown depending on energy value, by the soil conditions, by the pattern of the agricultural operation, in the most sensible crop rotations, and are stored fruits-wise or ensiled. With the load of the solids charger the “raw materials” are merged in a firmly given quantitative proportion. An optimum areal-energy-result which prevents at the same time the creation of monocultures will be achieved.

The homogeneous raw material mass resulted then is spent by a screw conveyor to the fermenter. The monitoring and controlling is made by the process computer in connection with load cells .

An energetically usable mixture of methane (65%) and carbon dioxide (30%) originates in the Biogas Plants of ANEGI from anaerobic fermentation of liquid manure and dung, as well as renewable primary products (energy plants).

This fermentation gas is supplied to total energy units to the production of power and heat or cold. From special economic importance is the specific cultivation of energy plants. Through this the highest energy yields are gained.

ANEGI projects, engineers and supervises biogas plants.

Thermal Gasification

To the thermal gasification of biomass wooden minced meat shreds of untreated fresh wood are used predominantly. These are gasified by a special procedure in the biomass heating power units of ANEGI to biogas.
ANEGI delivers biomass heating power units from 90 kw up to 240 kw.
The power production by biogas is neutral in the CO2 balance, because only this CO2 is emited like to the production was required.
